Bursary Scheme For the year 2025-26 is now open.
“Sant Sohirobanath Ambiye Dnyanvruddhi Shishyavrutti” (Bursary Scheme) 2025-26.
The Goa Education Development Corporation (GEDC) has been implementing the “Sant Sohirobanath Ambiye Dnyanvruddhi Shishyavrutti” (Bursary Scheme) since 2014 onwards. Up to Rs. 40,000/- is disbursed to needy students whose family income is below Rs. 5.00 Lakhs and studying in educational institutions located in the State of Goa. The students pursuing diploma courses after S.S.C., Graduation courses after H.S.S.C and P.G. courses after Graduation can apply under the scheme provided they fulfil the eligibility criteria listed under the scheme.
Now, the GEDC has rolled out the Bursary Scheme for the Academic year 2025-26. The scheme will remain open from 5th May 2026 to 19th June 2026. The interested students are requested to avail the benefit of the said scheme.

General Instructions –
1. New users must sign up and login in order to apply.
2. All required fields must be duly filled;
3. All the requisite documents must be uploaded wherever applicable;
4. Upload size should not exceed 500 kb.
5. Last date for submitting the online application form is 19th June 2026.
6. Status updates with regards to your application shall be provided on your registered mobile number.
